A survey is evidence. We keep it that way.
Originals, unchanged
Every file is fingerprinted when it arrives, so anyone can check it has not changed.
Every change kept
Records are added to, never overwritten: who changed what, and when.
A portal for each client
Each client signs in to their own portal and sees only their buildings, in plain words.
AI only with a yes
Lite asks first. Say no, and the report is written by hand.
More on how we look after your data
- Links that end. A link goes to a named colleague who signs in. It lasts up to 7 days and can be withdrawn.
- Delete your account in the app. Your sign-in and profile go at once. Finished reports are kept for 15 years.
- How long we keep things. When Lite opens, photos and drafts are kept while you use it and for 90 days after you stop, with an export offered.
- Your files, your copy. Every original file in one download, and your records as drawings, GIS files and spreadsheets.
- The waitlist. The signup form is provided by Google Forms. Your details are stored privately in Surveys Ltd's Google Workspace.

How do I get SurveyNest?

How much does it cost?
Lite and Lite+, and the 7 days free, are on the Lite page. Pro depends on what you look after: book a call and the team will talk it through with you.
Does AI write the report?
Only if you say yes: Lite asks first. Then AI drafts the report section by section from your ratings, notes and photos, and a person checks it before it goes. Say no, and the report is written by hand.
Whose name goes on the report?
Yours. Lite reads your firm's brand from your website, and once Surveys Ltd has approved it, it goes on every report: your name on the cover, never ours.
Is the roof on this page a real building?
No. The roof, the 3D model and the survey on the phone are illustrations with sample data, drawn for this page. No client's building is shown.
Yes. The roof maps, the thermal picture and the 3D model come from a real Surveys Ltd survey, shown with the client's permission and without their name or location. The figures are the app's own, from the drone map and not checked by tape. The survey on the phone is a sample.
